Located in China, Hua'an County City Masterplan was designed by BDP. The six-month project will involve developing a master plan for the sustainable city in a sensitive environment for a population of 160,000 people that also maximizes the potential of tourism in the city. Jiulong River underutilized links around the site of the creation of a large potential for water-based recreation.
The area is famous for its jade and tea production, is bamboo forest and the old 'Toulouse' or round houses that once contained up to 600 people in a clan. BDP Planning Group was selected for his knowledge of the Chinese culture, his dynamic approach and innovative design, and experience of complex large-scale master plans.
